What's new in Fellwind

Fellwind is in early access and changes often. Here's what we've shipped, newest first.

  1. A calmer workspace

    • A sidebar you can collapse, with a clear marker for the page you're on.
    • On a wide screen, clicking a review opens it in the right-hand panel instead of a new page.
    • AI insights on the Metrics page as numbered cards.
    • Sign-in and sign-up fit short screens without scrolling.
  2. Clearer account emails

    • Redesigned sign-in, password and weekly summary emails.
    • You confirm a new password by typing it twice.
    • Recent sign-in and reset links stay valid, and we tell you when an address has asked for too many links.
  3. More review sites, collected directly

    • Fellwind moves to fellwind.com.
    • Fellwind now collects reviews directly from Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Expedia and more, with each review's original text and date.
    • After the first import, Fellwind checks each site daily for new reviews.
    • Imports that stop part-way pick up where they left off.
  4. Reviewloop is now Fellwind

    • A new name and a new look.
  5. Find your hotel faster

    • Search for your hotel by city or ZIP code and name.
    • If you leave hotel setup part-way, your progress is saved.
  6. A first visit that makes sense

    • A guided first run: find your hotel, connect your listings, see your reviews.
    • Switch between hotels from the top bar, invite your team, and see the sentiment of each review.
    • An AI insights panel on the Metrics page.
    • Stronger sign-up passwords, with checks as you type.
  7. Simpler hotel setup

    • A shorter setup for each hotel, with progress shown while reviews import.
    • Remove a hotel and its reviews when you no longer need it.
